Essential Duties & Responsibilities:               

  • Provide quality shipping and receiving customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Picks up and drops off mail at Local post office, as necessary.
  • Collect, sorts and delivers incoming and interoffice mail to ensure accurate, timely delivery of materials.
  • Load and unload trucks with pallet jack or forklift assistance
  • Process freight and overnight shipments as needed.
  • Process outgoing mail with use of postage meter machine.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of shipping and receiving dock.
  • Update customers on new postal regulations as needed.
  • Maintain postage and shipping materials and ensure all locations are stocked with supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
