Role responsibilities:

Work closely with the Project Managers to coordinate successfully delivery of projects.
Driving close interactions with all shop floor departments and remain close to projects.
Working closely with all operations teams to ensure effective and efficient communications and actions to support production.
Maintain & Monitor project plans, schedules to ensure deliverables such as budgets, work hours and expenditure are met.
Preparing presentation materials for relevant meetings.
Documenting & follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met and any project risk is communicated to relevant parties.
Provide administrative support to the team as and when required.
Create and maintain project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objectives set by Project Manager.
