Internal Communications Content and Campaigns Manager

Job Description

We have an exciting opening for a highly creative and experienced Internal Communications Content and Campaigns Manager to support our IC strategy and help build an employee first culture across Red Bull Technology Group.

This position provides the freedom to work creatively and come up with ways of doing things that are ‘uniquely us’ while working with highly talented and passionate groups of people across the Team.

A passion for storytelling, creating truly engaging comms plans, and delivering ambitious internal campaigns and events is essential. Someone strategic but comfortable with flexing and working at pace within a busy team will suit this role well.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Ideating and implementing effective and engaging internal comms content strategies that excite, engage, and educate the Team.

  • Developing long and short-term internal comms campaigns, making effective use of our online and offline channels.

  • Leading on key internal events and experiences, including our start and end of season celebrations, key milestones and launches.

  • Partnering closely with our content and social, marketing, fan engagement and brand teams to identify new content ideas and opportunities that can be leveraged internally.

  • Proactively identifying key storytelling opportunities across the Team, working closely with our Channel Manager to amplify them in a creative way.

  • Looking for new and improved ways of doing things, never accepting mediocre.

Essential competencies:

  • Passionate about internal comms and able to demonstrate this clearly through your interests and achievements, specifically how your previous campaigns have engaged employees.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with previous experience delivering innovative and impactful internal communication strategies and campaigns.

  • A creative thinker. You’ll have the opportunity to come up with creative and innovative ways to engage the Team.

  • Experience ideating and supporting the creation of digital content and planning events.

  • A multi-tasker with a can-do attitude. We work at pace so you will need the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritise and manage time effectively.
