What to Expect
We are recruiting for a Compliance Engineer to join our fantastic Total Quality Management (TQM) team in Woking. As the Compliance Engineer you will play a critical role in the department ensuring the business and its products are consistently compliant to regulatory requirements and the IATF 16949 standard.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager the role encompasses the independence, self-management and objectivity necessary to drive all stakeholders in the key business processes as per their responsibility and accountability.
What You'll DoWhat You'll Bring
- Previous experience in automotive industry is beneficial.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements applicable to passenger cars including conformity of production procedures is beneficial.
- Previous experience in Quality Management Systems and processes is beneficial.
- Project management skills are beneficial.
- University degree is required - Systems or Engineering degree is preferred but not essential
- Or at least 5 years of relevant previous experience in any of the relevant functions (COP, QMS, ELV/RRR)
