About the Role:
The Car Build department is responsible for the assembly of the majority of the major components which make up our race cars. As a key member of this team, you will directly support our various departments with a wide range of tasks. Your responsibilities will include the CAD design of car components such as special tooling/packaging, the Servicing & Calibration of Build department equipment (Including interaction with outside suppliers) and the auditing of various Build related documents.
Successful candidates will have:
Essential:

At least one year left on their studies at the time of taking up the placement in July 2025

Strong academic background in a mechanical engineering discipline

Conversant with Solidworks, Siemens NX, Fusion 360 or similar design software
-
Confident communication skills
-
Comfortable with Excel, Word & Python
-
‘Can do’, ‘team-playing’ attitude and the ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision.
