THE ROLE

As an Apprentice Parts Administrator, you will be working on a range of our exciting projects and products for some of the most prestigious competition cars in the motorsport industry.

Your duties will involve supporting our busy Purchasing and Parts Department for the administration and processing of bespoke competition car parts, along with ensuring the smooth running of operations throughout the Department.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily administrative support the department.

  • Computerised recording of stock movements in and out of the department.

  • Working closely with Technicians and Department Heads to deliver bespoke parts.

  • Preparing bespoke parts for shipment worldwide and working closely with our Shipping Coordinator to produce correct documentation.

  • Maintaining and replenishing stock levels with regular stocktakes.

  • Creating orders for purchasing.

  • Maintaining and creating databases.

  • Dealing with emails, both internal and external in a timely manner.  

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, with grades A-C or 9-4, including Maths and English. 

You should be hardworking, dedicated, and adaptable with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

You should have a meticulous attention to detail and practical approach to problem solving.

You should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You should be confident using Microsoft Office as well as discovering and implementing new computer-based platforms.
