CHLOE SMITH – FOUNDER & CEO

Hi! I’m Chloe, and I founded Femme Speed as I know how lonely and confused I felt at the start of my motorsport journey. With nobody working in motorsport around me, it felt like a crazy world to navigate through. I knew that I didn’t want anybody else to feel the same way that I did. Through networking and advice from my new friends and connections, I found my way! Through Femme Speed, I want to help you to find yours!

GRACIE TALIA ROSS – SENIOR EDITOR

Hi! I’m Gracie, and I create the articles you see on Femme Speed as well as managing our partnerships. I’m also an engineer so I can be found at a race track pretty often. I noticed the lack of females in the motorsport community and teamed up with Chloe to showcase the roles available to try promote more females into motorsport while creating an amazing community!
