What You'll Do
- This is a key position in the Americas team, responsible for supporting all aspects of commercial business planning within the region and in collaboration with global operations.
- The job holder will provide the data analysis required to effectively steer the business to maximize sales opportunities while minimizing potential risks.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum bachelor’s degree level (ideally in a numerate or analytical discipline) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ years OEM experience within sales, product, and commercial business divisions.
- Strong analytical knowledge and skilled in data management and interpretation.
- Highly experienced and efficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Highly commercially aware, able to apply analytical skills to help development of business strategies / understanding of business issues.
- Knowledge of field management & franchise operations.
- Good knowledge of the McLaren Automotive business and its regional sales function.

- Willing to drive projects which are not directly related to the day-to-day job role, but integral to Regional success.
- Comfortable at taking directions, but also able to contribute to strategy and tactical measures.
- Team player.
- Strong planning and follow up skills, meticulous in detail.
- Fluent to native standard in verbal & written English.
