We are a sub-contract precision engineering firm with over 90 employees & 42 CNC machines, mainly serving the motorsport & automotive industry. SRD has an excellent reputation in what we do and always strives to improve. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Admin & Sales Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bicester.

Job Description:
As an Office Admin & Sales Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of both the office and sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Dealing with Purchase Order Input: Printing off orders and assisting in creating the works order.

· General Filing: Organising and maintaining physical and digital files.

· Scanning: Digitising documents for easy access and storage.

· Answering and Re-routing Phone Calls: Providing excellent customer service by managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.

· Bonus / Works Order Input: Assisting in the entry of works orders as required.

· Creating Inspection Sheets for New Work (if required): Supporting the quality control process by developing inspection sheets for new projects.

· Assisting the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records.

Requirements:

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Experience in a sales support or admin role (preferred but not essential).

Working Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Compensation: National Minimum Wage, up to £29,000 depending on experience.
