Alpine F1 Team is looking to recruit a Travel Co Ordinator to join our busy, friendly and enthusiastic Travel Team.
The Role
In this role you will be responsible for gathering and consolidating requirements and making corresponding travel arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Accountabilities of this role will be:
- Review travel requirements with requestors and budget owners
- Consolidate requirements of travellers to events, propose arrangements and seek approval. This includes negotiation of tariffs and organisation of approved travel plans
- Arrange relevant travel permits as required
- Prepare and distribute accurate itinerary information and support travellers during events as required
- Reconcile invoices to reservations/bookings/orders and obtain approval for payment from budget owners
- Gather and seek appropriate approvals for all travel requirements for ad-hoc bookings
- Travel services must be procured in a timely and efficient manner recognising the need for value for money and fulfilling the travel requirements of the requester/budget owner.
The Person
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of planning and booking group travel and events. You will also possess the following attributes:
- Clear communicator with good presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, ability to be flexible and prioritise tasks according to deadlines
- Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail
