- Coordination and supervision of all technical/engineering matters of the 911 GT3 Cup (Porsche Carrera Cup Asia main series)
- Key contact for customers, Porsche Carrera Cup Organization and Porsche Motorsport in Germany in relation to all technical/engineering matters for this car
- Enhancement of overall technical service and spare parts management within Porsche Carrera Cup Asia
Technical customer service management for the 911 GT3 Cup (Porsche Carrera Cup Asia):
All year-long:
- Consultant for customers regarding entire technical preparation/performance setup of race car, including analyzing and solving of technical issues
- Acquisition and coordination of technical customer orders
- Organization and execution of technical trainings for customers
Event period:
- Preparation and planning of all technical aspects of test or race weekends in cooperation with the relevant parties within the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Organization
- Complete technical documentation and reporting
- Coordination of warranty claims in close cooperation with Porsche Motorsport
- Supervision of spare parts provision and management
