The Finance Manager role is responsible for finance business partnering departments within the Commercial area. The purpose of the role is to drive these departments to increase profitability and optimise cash flow. You and your line report will be responsible for managing and reporting performance against budget & forecast for all aspects of your department’s finances, as well as looking at how we continue to improve our processes and financial controls.

The McLaren Trophy, America – Series Manager will be part of the McLaren America regional team, based within the Sales & Marketing department, and reporting into the global McLaren One-Make Racing, Manager in the UK.

You’ll be supporting the Head of PR and Chief Communications Officer in driving positive public awareness and understanding of the McLaren business and its products, primarily through generation of earned media coverage. Specifically, you will manage and support the administrative and organisational requirements of the central PR team in its interaction with external stakeholders – including media and other influencers – and internal stakeholders including other central functions and regional PR teams.
