We're recruiting for graduates to join our Design team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. A design graduate will work within our Design Studio on cutting-edge projects to add to an existing portfolio of work in automotive design.

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer – Paint (New Model) to join our Manufacturing Engineering department in Woking. As the Manufacturing Engineer you will develop optimal Paint practices and assist with budget implementation. You’ll experience diverse aspects of the business, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to projects from start to finish.

As the Paint Prepper you will be expected to work in all areas of the bespoke paint process on all models/ projects ranging from road car restorations, production series projects, bespoke commissions, and future model concepts.

We are recruiting for a Senior CAS Designer to join our fantastic Design department in Woking. As the Senior CAS Designer you will support the Design Team to “create breath-taking products that tell the visual story of their function”. You will also develop CAS design with the design team in line with MAL MDP processes and deliver surface releases in accordance to gateway deliverables.
