For many fans of Formula One, the sport exists between lights and chequered flag on a Sunday afternoon. It begins and ends with the exploits of the drivers on the track. But this is merely the tip of the spear. The reality of modern F1 is that of a complex and intertwined operation, every part of which needs to perform near its limit if success is to be achieved. From the pit crew searching for the ultimate repeatable pit stop, to the inspiration of the designers, the application of engineers and the herculean efforts of an army of fabricators and machinists.
Technical Services Manager
As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete for F1 World Championships we are looking to add to our talented team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence.
We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to organise and oversee maintenance across our extensive site at Enstone, determining appropriate responses and planning preventative and reactive maintenance as required.
The Role
Key Accountabilities in this role will be:
As a Commercial Operations Manager at Formula 1, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maximising commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising growth initiatives that align with Formula 1’s commercial objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling propositions for commercial partners, enhancing fan engagement and expanding Formula 1’s global footprint.
F1 is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimising our marketing performance across monetisable digital products. They will develop global growth strategies, forecast, develop and manage campaigns and performance including paid (search, social media, display, app advertising), as well as collaborate with the content and social teams on integrated strategies across owned and earned media.
