Fantastic Opportunity to work with young adults embarking on their start of their career, as an apprentice, within the Motorsport industry. This role involves working with apprentices to support the development of their knowledge, skills and behaviour whilst working within the industry. Specifically, the role involves (but is not limited to);-
- Undertaking regular reviews of apprentice progress in the work place, with their employer
- Conducting observations
- Assessing the skills demonstrated/learned within the workplace
- Co-ordinating the various different elements of the apprenticeship & liaising with the relevant stakeholders involved to ensure the apprentice is successful
- Marking any work submitted
- Preparing the apprentice for their end point assessment
This role although based from Silverstone is mostly spent out in the work place with learners with on average only one to two days a week in the office. Previous further education experience is desirable, but not necessarily essential for the right candidate.
